The reservation notification service is an optional service that an employee of Decode Detroit can use to receive notifications for same-day reservations via SMS messages to their mobile phone number.

By requesting reservation notifications, the employee consents to receive SMS messages from Decode Detroit and affirms that the employee is the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number provided if on a group plan.

Employees may request reservation notifications via an option on their Team Decode web interface, and if a reservation is made, the employee will receive one SMS message (per new same-day reservation) from the phone number +1 313-488-1813.

Message and data rates may apply for sending or receiving SMS messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving SMS messages for reservations, log into your Team Decode account and click the button to stop receiving SMS notifications, or text STOP to +1 313-448-1813.

In order to provide the reservation notification service, Decode Detroit must collect and store your mobile phone number. This number is input manually by email request. To have your mobile phone number added to or removed from your account, please email team@decodedetroit.com. Your number can be removed from your account anytime.

Your phone number will be stored in our booking database, currently hosted by Google Cloud Services. We may elect to move our database to another database provider at any time without notice to you.

As caretakers of your information, we do our best to keep it private. You information is never sold or shared with third parties, and only server administrators have the ability to access your phone number. Your number will only be used for the reservation notification service and will not be use for marketing or other purposes.
